These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Unreal Productions (“Unreal Productions”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to any client (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
By engaging our services, accepting a quotation, paying an invoice, signing a proposal, or otherwise instructing us to commence work, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Project deposits secure project scheduling, planning, resource allocation and commencement of work.
Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Where cancellation occurs after work has commenced:
Monthly services such as:
are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Unless otherwise agreed, 30 days written notice is required to cancel recurring monthly services.
Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Nothing within this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where services fail to meet guarantees that cannot be excluded under law, consumers may be entitled to remedies in accordance with applicable legislation.
